The Florida Restaurant Franchise Group 11, LP is a Limited Partnership that was established to provide funding for the development of a 156 room Hampton Inn & Suites limited service hotel and a 10,000 square foot Twin Peaks Restaurant on a 10.5 acres site in Lake Buena Vista, FL located just minutes away from Walt Disney World theme parks. Hampton Inn & Suites is part of the Hilton Worldwide brands, and with 1,900 locations is one of the largest and most recognizable hotel chains in the world. Twin Peaks Restaurants has recently been called “the fastest growing restaurant brand in the country” and currently has 67 locations in 23 different states. This particular Twin Peaks location will be owned and operated by the LaCima Restaurant Group, headed by former Hooters CEO, Coby Brooks.

Project Highlights :
- The Current Phase will establish a Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel and a Twin Peaks Restaurant in Orlando, Florida
- The location has been certified and designated as being located in a TEA zone and are qualified for the $500,000 USD investment requirement.
- Unlike many other EB-5 projects, the development and operation costs of establishing this business is not dependent upon the EB-5 investors or the approval of the I-526 applications.
- The business is currently being developed and all I-526 applications can be submitted to USCIS immediately.
- The project will create 40% more jobs than required by USCIS guidelines
- Managed by experienced and successful EB-5 development and operations team with proven track record of success.
- The loan will have first priority lien on the real estate, equipment & assets of the Developer.
