As a subsidiary company of Jafrejo Holdings, LLC the Florida Restaurant Franchise Group (FRFG) was established by one of the most experienced group of EB-5 professionals in the industry, with more than 50 years of collective experience as Attorneys, Real Estate Developers and Restaurateurs. Our team has collectively managed and developed more than $150 million of real estate and restaurant projects since 2006, most notably with some of the fastest growing franchise restaurant brands in the country. Our unique and collective areas of expertise have allowed us to enjoy a tremendous amount of success across our portfolio of projects.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business and the University of Maryland Law School, Jack Flechner has been a successful businessman for more than a decade. Mr. Flechner has practiced law in Maryland and Washington D.C. for more than 11 years, and also owned and operated a successful mortgage and real estate title company during this time. It was in 2004 that Mr. Flechner diversified his business interests and became the owner operator of an emerging brand of restaurants called Five Guys Burgers & Fries which has since grown into one of the largest Fast Casual burger restaurants in the United States with more than 1,400 locations nationwide.
The Five Guys Burger restaurants owned and operated by Mr. Flechner were consistently recognized as some of the highest grossing and best operated locations in the entire Five Guys franchise system, with his Miami Beach, Florida location being ranked the #2 out of 1,000 Five Guys locations in the country. After selling his company in 2011, Mr. Flechner partnered with Fred Burgess to form the Florida Restaurant Franchise Group (FRFG) and began to develop several emerging restaurant franchises in South Florida such as VooDoo BBQ & Grill and Twin Peaks Restaurants.

Fred Burgess earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida where he studied Advertising and Marketing. In 1989, he was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Burgess has been a practicing attorney since 1989 and has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 2002 with an impeccable record. Mr. Burgess has over 20 years of experience in handling complex legal transactions for his extensive network of domestic and international clientele, maximizing opportunities for Jafrejo Holdings and our subsidiaries.
Mr. Burgess is the Chief Legal Officer & Director of EB-5 Projects for the Florida Restaurant Franchise Group and a Manager of the parent company, Jafrejo Holdings, LLC. Mr. Burgess has been recognized as a leader in the EB-5 industry since 2006, and has structured some of the most successful and famous EB-5 projects in the program’s history. Mr. Burgess is a frequently quoted EB-5 expert, and has been a featured speaker at EB-5 presentations around the world. He has traveled throughout China, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Dubai, Russia, Great Britain, Ireland, Mexico, Venezuela, and Canada promoting the EB-5 Regional Center Program. Fred has been invited by United States Senators, Congressmen and Governors to EB-5 trade missions around the world promoting EB-5 opportunities to foreign investors.
Mr. Burgess is also the owner of Exclusive Visas LLC, an EB-5 consulting firm. Additionally Mr. Burgess holds a Series 63 and Series 22 securities license.
Mr. Burgess is a founding member and Past Chairman of the Weston Florida Business Chamber; a past director of The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce; a founding member of The Broward Professional Alliance; and a volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Florida. Mr. Burgess was appointed by the City of Weston to serve on a committee to recommend amendments to the current Business Use Tax structure in The City of Weston.

As an EB-5 Investor himself (originally from the United Kingdom) Anthony brings a unique perspective to the EB-5 Investment Visa process. Anthony Korda was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1988 and practiced in the English courts as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England & Wales for many years. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Bar European Group and the Criminal Bar Association.
He is licensed as an Attorney in the State of California, is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association and Collier County Bar Association. Anthony now handles all aspects of immigration law for the Florida Restaurant Franchise Group.
Anthony is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the 9th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals, the US District Court for the Middle District of California, and the Northern District of Florida. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Anthony focuses on EB-5 related matters, and has successfully filed numerous Investor Petitions (I-526) Applications to Remove Conditions of Residence (I-829). He has applied for Regional Center designation for dozens of of clients and has also successfully represented a number of Regional Centers and EB-5 projects as Preferred Counsel.
Fluent in English and German, Anthony practices from his offices in Naples, Florida; Beverly Hills, California and London, England.
