Demolition crews are working fast and furiously in West Palm Beach so that the old Carraba's can be converted into a new Twin Peaks restaurant. Once all of the interior demolition has been completed in about 6-8 weeks the crews will then begin to prep the site for construction, which is expected to be completed in August 2015. This West Palm Beach location will be the 3rd Twin Peaks to be built by Jafrejo Holdings, LLC & DMD Restaurant Group and was partially funded through the EB-5 Investor Visa program in Florida Restaurant Franchise Group's FRFG 9 project offering.
